hi, replying back to you about a comment you left on a bumble bee photo, I found out after I posted the shot that the ones with green eyes are male and do not have stingers. just wanted to let you know that it was not a reflection that made his eyes look green. thanks for dropping by my photos

Since I am the unofficial president, my advice is that you contact our membership director, that great geek and adventurer, the Captain of Wonders, the man of action, Captain Nemo. It's hard to hit a moving target, but I believe he is now tracing internet routings under the seas in the center of the Bermuda Triangle. My guess is you're a member by de fault of your public displays and declarations. :-)

That was the most thought-provoking ping I have ever received!

:-) I am the Queen of the Nerds and it is always nice to meet a subject.

I will try to remember not to count endangered species. ha ha... Never thought of it that way.

And your question:

Gasp....this actually made me gasp. Do I have room in my heart for Jewish people? Yes. YES. I am amazed and shocked that you asked me that question. But I don't mind it at all. I am a Christian, but I know where we come from. Our history is your history, our G-d is your G-d. (Dashes out of respect for you. I don't usually write it that way!) I don't know if Jewish people would agree with that, but He is the God who gave me love and respect for His people. So, do I have room in my heart? You have no idea...

Incidentally, I may have Jewish ancestory....though, way back. I am very proud of that. But we may not be at all, who knows. However, the family name is also a Jewish name in some areas. I have found people in Poland and Israel. Just interesting... though not something I grew up knowing.
